Neither Clints & Lam Auctions nor the Consignors make any guarantees of any item in the Auction.
Items purchased at our auction must be paid in full on the day of the auction by Bankable Check, Visa or Master Card (w/4% charge) or of course, we always like CASH
Items purchased by mail, phone or left bid will be by credit card, cashier's check, money order or other negotiable form at our place of business prior to the auction.
Packing: We will have your merchandise professionally packed. Packing, Postage and Insurance will be in addition to the purchase price.
Note: We have no Buyer's penalty at our Auctions.

Successful bids left on items that have not been personally inspected by you are AGREED BY THE BUYER to be accepted "as is" without recourse. Absolutely no adjustments will be made by the Auction Co. or the Consignor upon your receipt of the merchandise.
(We have been in business for 31 years in the same small town and our reputation is our bond), If you are not comfortable with this, PLEASE DO NOT participate in a "left bid"
Auction preview is 1 hour prior to auction time only. Certain situations may vary this term. Advertising will show any variance from the one hour normal preview.
